A great time was had by all! Nice to put some faces to the names, to see some people again and see peeps' cars. Hermann is a very nice day-trip destination, and a bit shorter drive for the KC crowd, hint hint. Had lunch at a great winery (Stone Hill), did some wine sampling and a tour of the premises.

    A sweet little meet!

P.S. The Festiva failed inspection today. Bought a master cylinder for the brakes and hopefully installing it in the morning and getting it reinspected. Wish me luck!
Escort GT master cylinder if you're replacing it, more performance, close to the same price.

Yep..I bought both the stock and escort MC. Got the stocker cause they had it in store...but when I realized the DMV isn't open on Saturday I called AutoZone and had them order me the escort one.

                      Herman meet

Fred and Devin cruising in Freds new ride, see Freds big smile.

drddan, enjoying a moment by the big wheel.

Headed uptown for a bite to eat, changed our minds and headed for the Winery and some shade.

We found some food and the AC felt good.

We had dinner so it's time to test the wine, just to make sure it's good for the other people. Notice the pencil and paper, quiz anyone.

Not sure what Tom is thinking, is it good, or bad, lets have another taste.

                      Dan and Praf joking around.

solving the worlds problems, tour starts in ten.

wine being aged in oak barrels.

Found this little beauty just outside of Herman, stoped to check it out, fair shape but the fella says someday he's going to fix it up, what's to fix, it runs like a champ.

The old fella likes his festy but as far as fixing it up, thats not going to happen, it's his trophy to show off.

...and that Festy! Tom, John, and I passed by that same Festy! We slowed and honked and waved, but didnt stop. That was cool seeing one just a couple blocks from the meet.
