Okay, Here is the schedule for the Sand Diego Mini Meet on September 30th.

9:00am to 9:45am - Meet at La Jolla Shores Park

9:45am We will drive to Mt. Soledad Park for pictures and to hang out for awhile.

11:00 Am we will Cruise Mission Blvd towards Fiesta Island Park, where we will eat lunch around 12:30 Depending on the traffic situation we may take some other side roads and stop for a couple quick pictures along the way. We will eat lunch and hang out for awhile at Fiesta Island Park.

1:30 We will cruise down to Point Loma, then over to Shelter Island and then to Harbor island, then over to the G- pier off harbor dr. for some pictures in front of the USS Midway. From there we will head up to Coronado, to Centennial park for some more pictures and to hang out for awhile before I head East.

If enough people are interested we can have BBQ ready for us at Fiesta island. Here are the estimated prices including tax.
Ribs 11.00
Boneless Ribs 12.00
Chicken 10.00
Both 14.00

This includes sides like potato salad. I'll get more info if enough people are interested.

Military base action?

There should be pictures, and video. We'll have a chase car with camera and then my gopro. If anyone else wants to bring cameras it's strongly recommended! This meet will have a great variety of cars and owners. From Rudy's record setting BPT "Beast" to Chris's ultra clean n' pristine "mini rod". Were also trying to set up some Military base action.

change of plans

For everyone interested in the Sand Diego mini meet, there has been a slight change in plans.
We will now be meeting in the morning sometime at the shores park in La Jolla, from there we will be cruising to Mt. Soledad, and then to a few other locations that we are still working out. If you have any suggestions feel free to PM me. I'll post the final locations and times as soon as I know them.

Looking forward to a great day in San Diego with some great cars!

Angie, it was on the 30th of August, you don't need to make me a cake! Lol, but I'd definitely go for another breakfast sandwich!
I'm not sure how many we'll have crashing, but right now it might be Max, April, Danny, Dan, Ed and me. This is the possible 2 convoys that are meeting in Asheville on thursday. Not confirmed yet.

But, what is truly ironic is that the last few hours of the trip east will include a passenger, who I believe will be driving back in your old car! Lol. The festiva world is so small.
