Got home a little bit ago the Festiva rescue went well, 15 hours 605 miles Fred and Deavon are fine but the Festy is scuffed up. I'll post pics later today, time for some supper and shut eye.

Was driving along and it was rainy and wet, coming up on a stoplight started sliding while braking.. hyrdoplaned a bit and slid into a newer silverado, wierd accident but I'm okay just a bit sore.

Glad you're all right. Are you going to be parting that car out now? I could use some parts here and there.

Sad to see a carby bite the dust. It'll buff out! A chain and an oak tree and you can straighten it right up!

haha, if it weren't too bad I'd think about fixing it.. but it's too far gone to justify fixing it! I know how to fix it I'm a bodyman, but the firewall is crinkled up in a few spots, drivers a pillar around the door hinge is bowed out even, pass framerail and apron destroyed, drivers framerail swayed over towards the pass side a bunch. Core support crushed, upper and lower. Would need a whole new front clip to be repaired properly.. and go on a frame machine just to get it straightened enough to be able to rebuild it.

Ahh, I see. I figured as much, just kind of being that comedic relief. Stinks that I missed this year and wasn't able to see it, looked to be in great shape.

If that drivers headlight is for sale though, keep me in mind! (After I purchase something I'm on a list for, shoot you know what, keep me out of mind :p)
