Payload of one Carbie delivered without incident.
MPG while flat towing carbie 185 miles with an ATX was 25.
Return journey MPG will be determined today.

Glad to have seen everybody and to meet a few new faces and cars.

We had a great gathering, 15 Festiva's loaded with awsome friends and goodtimes. Thank you to everyone who made it. I took pictures, but need to locate the USB cord for my camera so I can upload some pics. Thank you PU241 for delivering the Crimson Carby for me. Hope everyone had an equally goodtime and I will try to squeeze a much needed carb rebuild out for GreyWolf. I found some very worn throttle shaft bushings on his LX carb.

It was a nice break from working 7 days a week, but I have to return to it again tomorrow. I am hoping that in a month or so I can get back to a normal work schedule so I can get a few projects finished for Madness. Time seems to be flyin by me so it will be here soon.

Jay, don't worry about rebuilding a carb. It blew up before I got back to Winston. From the amount of smoke, I'd say the lean mixture burned a hole in a piston. Time for the B6 I guess......... I'll save the carby stuff for you and we'll get together after I get back running again. Thanks again for the help.

It was a great time! I love the smaller meets. I spent a lot of time talking to Jack, and a few of the other guys that I rarely get to see. Twas fun!

Later, Motoxpress, Ladyblaster, and Creepin came back to my place. Creeping snagged a bumper support, and we all had a big breakfast this morning. Then we just sort of hung out inside because of rain. More good times. Always good to see the Bakers.

Little Blue Car and I also applied a few stickers to a few cars as well. We make a good team!
