Less than 10 weeks to go!

We are hoping to add a Friday night BBQ this year. More details as we get closer but we're thinking that we'll supply the burgers and buns and ask those coming to bring beverages etc. There a couple of car washes close by, one of which is open 24 hours, so maybe we could have a pre-meet there late on Friday or early Saturday before heading out to Wedge Pond.

Really looking forward to the Westiva weekend.

Ok just a heads up. My car may not be pretty when I get there. I have some nasty tire rub happening so I am looking at options to widen the quarters or add flares.

My son and I are planning on making the trip with at least one of our Festiva's. Current plans are to stay in a local motel. Anyone else from WA, OR or ID planning on attending?

I'd recommend booking accomodatiins right away. The Calgary Stampede runs from July 5-14 so hotels in the area fill up fast.

My wife and I are going to be through your area June 8 or 9! Planning a road trip out to Portland.

I just made reservations at a local motel so my son and I will be there. YIKES! I have never had to pay so much for accommodations but for Westiva.....I think it will be worth it.

Windy! Morley is pretty much the windiest spot between here and the mountains in my experience (well, Lac Des Arcs is windier but it's technically *in* the rockies). Really snazzy spot though and the food is amazing.

Most people start pulling in around 10:00am. I'll be there a bit earlier than that.
