Hey I live in Pittsburgh. I might not be at the starting point but I'd love to make it to the park.
You can count me in on this one. I'll have my festiva badge by then

Good thing you let us know this, but a better option is to put that info in your profile.

1973 miles and 30 hours one way for me. Probably not going to make it. We're thinking of another road trip in June back to Zion Nat Park and home through Colorado... Pikes Peak here we come!

If you are going all the way to Zion, you might as well go a little farther to Kanab, Utah. You can catch a small plane to dive into the Grand Canyon for cheap. If that guy in town still has that beat up original aluminum Cobra, make him another offer.
Don't eat before flying. Strong updrafts as the canyon heats up.

Be sure to stop at that road stop cistern in Rocky Mountain National Park with a quarter mile drop. Don't fall in.

Thanks for the tips. We did a Grand Canyon drive with Charlie last summer and stopped in at Zion on the return trip. There's a couple of hikes we want to do there that we didn't have enough time for last trip. Anyways... that's all for another thread. Ohiostiva is one of the meets on my Festiva bucket list so who knows!

This is gonna be my first festiva meet ever.
It will be the only one that has been in close proximity to my living area that i can make it to.
Can't wait to see you all there.
