October 11/12 then maybe. Who needs more than a week to recover from Madness?

I'd recommend Sunday, Oct. 12th. That way folks can prepare the day before if they have no other time off through the week.

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

I really think it should be held in Sept, it gets too cold in Oct.

Gotta set a dat asap if we are gonna do it sooner than later. People need to be able to get off work etc. I should be good just about any day.

20th? 2 weeks before madness. Or what about the week after? Do you really need a rest after a meet?

I suppose I could do it the last Sunday of September. I have other business on the 20/21st, and am unlikely to get off work for a snooze free Saturday.

Maybe Willie can do a poll concerning this. I'd recommend the following:

                    Sunday, Sept. 28th

                    Saturday, Oct. 11th

                    Sunday, Oct. 12th

                    Saturday, Oct. 18th

                    Sunday, Oct. 19th

                              Yup!

I move that we hold it on Saturday, October 11th. If I can't get off work the day before at least I can still be there around 11am.

Do I have a second and a third, etc?

(Unless Brian or Willie wants to do a poll.)
