Hotel price's! All these hotels are located just 2 exits from Summit Racing! They are 2 exits east of Summit on Rt 43, right off the exit. The Hampton Inn and the Alden Inn both have indoor pools! I went to each of these hotels today and got the prices, most have discounts for AAA.

      1.Super 8 54.95-59.95 330-678-8817

      2. Hampton Inn 89.10 to 99.00 330-673-8555

      3.Days Inn 59.00 330-677-9400

      4.Alden Inn 45.24 330-678-9927

      5.Holiday Inn Express 119.00 330-673-9200

Is the alden inn nice? Is it in a good area where we wont have to worry about our cars?

I vote for alden for the price, half of what I was looking at in akron.

The Alden Inn looks decent. All of these hotels are right next to each other almost. The neighborhood is OK, the one you were looking at in Akron is on te opposite side of the city from Summit. I think at the Alden you can see the parking lot from most of the rooms. And it has an indoor pool!

i just found out that the rental car companies will charge 25 cents a mile over 150 miles that is outside illinios so a rental car is out of the question so i have to find another way to get there.

not all rental car places do that check around, I can't remember the one but I was looking at taking a car all the way from NY to florida and it was unlimited miles.

I've used Enterprise for my last 4 to 5 rentals. They have unlimited mileage, and should have some kind of weekend special.
