Smaller caravans in the past, we have used walkie talkies to communicate when we need gas breaks and stuff. I'll try to figure out those logistics and what will be easiest to use to communicate. We'll need to figure out which car gets the worst mileage--likely going to be my Aspire at around 23 MPGs (unless it improves with new steering rack and tires)

I have a pair of cobra microtalks these should pair with other cobra walkie talkies.
I can lend my extra to someone in need . If anyone els has some already post it up so we know how may more we will need.

We'll be coming from Michigan, thru Columbus and hitting 77 at Ravenswood. I think I'd hold up the train so we'll just hope to see you on the way. We'll be leaving on Thursday and staying the night somewhere on the way. We're seeing some friends in Durham for dinner on Friday evening and staying at the Hampton Inn in Raleigh.
