  • Hermann, MO meet planning thread!

Let's get a meet set up in Hermann this month! I'm thinking either Saturday the 19th or 26th, Meet up at the riverfront park like usual, then eat lunch somewhere, Stone hill again? Or somewhere new? I think it would be cool if we went on a drive afterwards on some of the fun roads around Hermann! Post up any suggestions, I know I've already talked to a few members about this but I wanted to start planning for it so more people could see it and hopefully make it out!

This month may be rough for me as my schedule is already made. If it did happen to work, I would have to do the 26th.

Thanks Fred, I was starting to have withdrawals from Madness and this will be a good Fix, the 26th would work best for us.

Sounds good, we'll go ahead and set the 26th as the meet date then.

Sure! The usual 11-12 meet time sounds good

Hmm wonder if old rusty would make it. May need some ear plugs. Not sure what we're doing for Thanksgiving yet but if don't have a family event I'll attempt to make it. The transmission makes a serious knocking noise at 65!

Anyone going to the meet happen to have a spare hood lying around? I don't think the fiberglass is going to stand up to a heavy snow.

So you want to trade your fiberglass hood for a standard Festy hood, you bet I'm up for that, LOL I know what your asking, if you don't find one by meet time i'll bring one along.

A trade like that happened on Facebook. Sarah and Dennis got a fiberglass hood for a regular hood. Heck of a deal.

I think I'm going to need that hood though. Not finding one here.
