Last year we waited too long to hear from Tim the original hoster of the Festiva Festival and it never happened. I have set a May 31 deadline for info on the Michigan location on this event. If no info is received, we are going to have it in Houston at the end of July/ beginning of August.. I'm sure I can get access to a race park that has both a banked oval and 1320 strip. With a campground close by. I have already talked it over with FMS, and they're in. (they have family close) If it is held here, there are sure to be at least 2 B6T Festivas, a Turbo BP and a couple of NA BPs (c'mon Oklahoma guy's hurry, hurry) and of course quite a few stocker/ minor modded Festivas and Aspires. All are welcome to show.. Festiva/Aspire in hand or not....

That's not too central for the west coast guys.. But that's why I created this Forum. This way we can get options. If we could find something in Colorado, Oklahoma it would be better.. but we only have a couple of months to set it up, and a track is essential.. I would prefer a cooler place than Houston in the summer. It get's damn hot and if you want to camp in a tent, you will be sweating your ass off here...
Edit: This is a weekend event.. not just a 1 day show up at a track thing. Nobody will show if it is a 1 day event, unless it is close to them.

Kansas City Mo. would be cool, but my favorite is St. Lois. I love that city! The first fun ford weekend I ever went to was in St. Lois. It is about a 6 hour drive for me, but it is worth it. We could also catch a game, or see the Arch, and get some pics of the festiva's in the church parking lot next to the arch with the arch in the background. That, be a cool pic.
