hey dj, i think i will be going, i'm in north missouri right off of i-35, if you wanna meet there for the drive up it sounds good to me, i like 10 hour drives alot better if i have a bud to drive with...hell i think i even have a couple of cb's in my garage somewhere...

just wish i had time to get the engine swap done before i go, not much chance of that happening before the end of july with work, but maybe if i bust my ass i can get the tranny swap done, then at least i'd have 5 gears to crash trhough at the track...

I probably can't make it. Too much with work and my house, condo, etc. Until things are finalized, I just have too much to be able to make a longer trip than a couple hours. I'm hoping to be doing more car work this fall.

(Hint: Lead time on these things should be at least six months or more.)

What kind of costs are we looking at? Admission, camping/hotel, etc. ? Do you stay at the track and camp or is there a hotel everyone stays at. If there's camping what kind of facilities are there?

I camp at the track.. Free. Usually 5 bucks to get in the pits to look at the cars etc... WH has Power, toilets and showers. FMS should have something up on their site soon..

are we getting guarenteed track time? Last time sucked...being stuck behind those pussy bitch corvette fags going fuckin 20 mph! wow that was fun. And we got yelled at for passing the 20mph pace car! (nice one fred lol).

Just wondering b/c it won't be worth my time to come up unless I get some free track time! that would kick some ass

i'm gonna do my best, just got my schedule and i'm supposed to work that weekend. i'm going to try to swap with someone...that is if i have the money, the meet is before payday, and my festy is starting to use oil...i'm thinking it's the valve seals...so when i get a day off i gotta check that. so with luck i'll be able to make it (crosses fingers)
