I think he must mean at the top of the user control panel for this site...upper right side. "rep power" then a green square under it.

It's sort of like a... user rating addon... If you find a post from someone that helps you out, you can give them a rep rating for it. (Or, again something wrong, you can do it negative too)...

From what I can tell, if you look under someone's name in a post, there are a couple of icons..the middle one is a scale, click on it and you can give negative or positive (positive or negative for the optimists) rep power, and also leave a comment. Pretty cool, eh? I love this forum, so many cool options!

At stated, it's the bottom line of the user information of each post... The little "scale thing"... Click on that, you can leave props or diss'es for a particular post.

Generally it's used when someone lends a hand or has some good info. I don't think there is any real rating for the threads themselves (ie. the post that got a user the most rep points or anything)...

At any rate - It is a cool little feature and it lets you know who is looking at your posts, or at least the ones that rep you for them.

Pu - Actually... I didn't do much of anything on the 4th... Except sleep in and relax around the house with the girlfriend. Saturday was busy travling to 2 picnics (including a 200 mile motorcycle ride to camp for one of them!) and then Sunday was another picnic with the girlfriends family... It was nice to have a day to relax and catch up on stuff I've been missing during the busy weekdays.
