Upgraded VB

Upgraded to a new version of VB this morning... I'm working on getting everything setup the way it was before.

Upgrades are always important to site security... New features, more features to stop spam, etc.

Been some interest in modifying the search feature to permit the search on 3 characters.
Mainly, I believe, because many of the acronyms are only three characters long, such as HID, VAF, ALT, and other none standard ones such as VCG, IGN.
Is this a possibility?

The minimum word length in searches is already set to "2".

Still get no hits for "VAF" or "HID".
Must be doing something wrong!

Interesting, if I search on "Hid*" I get something!

BTW, what is "tag" search and is that new?

O, I did not know if that was apart of that or not, since there is not a link next to the "user cp" button, that normally says "home".

Home link is fixed... iTrader link is re-added... But I think somewhere during the upgrade, all of the data was lost (oops!).

The garage addition was broken with the upgrade. I learned that VB added a neat feature though, called "Albums"... So - Upload your pictures there, and you can add into about the car with those pics.

Everything ties into your profile too, which will make it nicer than the old mod too.

when i sined in it said the i had some privet messeges waiting in my inbox, was that part of the upgrade or did i hit a botton to let me know the i have a new PM waiting for me? any way to turn it off?
