FF.Com Forum Rules
1. Do not post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, or sexually-oriented comments outside of the arena.
2. By entering the arena forum you agree that the webmaster, administrators and moderators will not be held liable for anything posted within.
3. No pornographic, racist or illegal material or links to pornographic, racist or illegal material will be permitted. No Exceptions.
4. No Anti-Retailer threads People will always have problems with retailers. FF.Com is not the complaint department for any retailer.
Nor is it the place for retailers to rebut those complaints. If you have a problem with a retailer, take it to them, do not try to use FF.Com as a soapbox to gather support for your cause. All it will do is cause flame wars between you and the retailer and separate the FF.Com community.
5. Do not post photos larger than 640 x 480 pixels. This is very annoying to have to scroll left and right to read it's subsequent posts.
6. Racism or racial slurs will not be tolerated anywhere on this board.
7. Do not heat up a non-arena topic. If you disagree with a post that a member has made, you may disagree in a cordial, intelligent manner. Do not raise the BS Flag or humiliate the member outside of the arena forum. Alternatively, you may create a new topic in the arena in response. You may then post a link to it in the member's non-arena topic. If you decide to do this, it can only contain the link and your signature. This link must contain the [ARENA] tag on each side of the link. No Exceptions.
8. Post in the proper forum. The General Discussion forum is NOT a catch-all forum. If you need repair help, post in the repair help forum. Video in Multimedia forum etc..
9. Do Not double post. If you have accidentally posted a topic in the improper forum, either
a: pm an Administrator or Moderator and request that it be moved to the proper forum.
b: Delete the original post and recreate the post in the proper forum.
10. No FF.Com Trolls. Do not come here to troll. Even in the Arena. We will not tolerate someone becoming a member just to aggravate our members.
11. Follow individual forum rules and directions. Some Forums require specific rules or directions that need to be adhered to.
12. Do not Hijack other member's topics. Start your own topic instead of taking the topic in a different direction than the original posted intended.
13. SEARCH BEFORE POSTING A QUESTION!! Chances are the question you are about to ask has been asked before. Search!! Members get annoyed when asked the same question over and over. A few examples would be "How do I swap a B6T motor in" Or " What engine will swap into my Festiva" These subjects have been covered extensively again.. SEARCH!!
14. No Advertisements. No member or their company will advertise to FF.Com members without written consent by DJ Hayek owner of FF.Com. You may however create a link within your signature or signature graphic.
Infraction Consequences
First infraction: You will receive a pm warning and your post will be edited or deleted.
Second infraction: You will receive a pm warning and your post will be edited or deleted. You may be banned for 30 days depending on the severity of the infraction.
Third infraction: You will receive a pm warning and your post will be edited or deleted. You may be banned for 30-90 days depending on the severity of the infraction and the previous 2 infractions.
Fourth infraction: You will receive a pm warning and your post will be edited or deleted. You may be banned for 60 days to permanently depending on the severity of the infraction and the previous 3 infractions.
These are not mandatory, but represent a maximum for infractions.
Ultimately the severity of the consequences are at the administrators discretion.
The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these rules.
