Been noticing lately that a lot of people have been posting pics and they are making them too big .....here is a posting in the rules...

4. Keep photos smaller than 640 x 480 pixels. This helps users running smaller screen resolutions.

We would really appreciate it if this could be followed so everyone can easily navigate the threads.

I have noticed this too, but I figured since I didn't have the authority to post rules or change their posts, I couldn't do anything about it. Thanks for reminding everyone about the rules. My computer has been running really slow as it is lately anyway.

I have a question. I usually post my photos from photobucket. Do you know how many pixels are the standard from photobucket and if too big, how can i change the size of the pictues.

If you go into your photobucket account, somewhere theres the setting for automatically re-sizing every new uploaded pic, i set mine a LONG time ago and i have never ahd to re-size any of my pics and they always come out 640x480

I just post the thumbnail code for my pics.. it's easier that way. They are small enough to quickly download and if the user wants to see a bigger version, click on the pic and it opens a new window.

not sure what you are talking about here. So long as there is no need to scroll side to side then they are correct.
