He keeps PM me and I have been helping if I can, but apparently he doesn't have access to post. I don't know why, but he is definitely not a bot.

He is looking for some advice on his festiva.

I took care of it but this is not the proper way to handle it....if we had to do that all the time I would never sleep....not like I do now anyway...lol.
