search posts in the last 24 hours

I opened my browser today and ff.com popped up automatically, I wanted to check other things out first so i closed it out. When I came back, it already registered as a hit here, so the "new posts" button only showed me the 2 threads that were posted in since I "logged in" 10 minutes ago. I want to see the posts made in the last 24 hours, and ive been messing with the advanced search feature but it keeps comming up blank... I know there is a way to do it, because the new posts button does it automatically if nobody posts after 15 minutes and you click the button, but people keep posting(not a bad thing) and it won't Que the 24 hr search. Can someone help me out..?

When you see where the "new posts" button is, right click and basically copy/paste it, if you look at the link itself, the last part will show "getnew" change it to "getdaily"
