Posting pictures

5. Do not post photos larger than 640 x 480 pixels. This is very annoying to have to scroll left and right to read it's subsequent posts.

I have said it before many times !!

People are continuing to post pics too large .
IF you do not know how , ASK ..

As much as I like pictures , if they are not posted properly , I will delete them , then you can try again.

No it is fine on my monitor , maybe not others ? , as long as you do not need to scroll from left to right to read a post .

I was not picking on any certain individual. We have all done it at one time or another .

I have mine preset on Photobucket , to automatically host them correctly .

640 X480 for a post
I posted about this some time ago , I just seems some newer members are not reading the rules on size , I just want to nip it soon , before it gets out of hand .



All I ask . Is when you host it , use the proper size , if you do not chose the proper size , it will usually make it to big when you post it

I think he was wanting the right url/tag code to host it for his sig .

I fixed it for him .

He had the link posted , but you had to copy and paste it to see it .

You have to use to bottom one on Photobucket to actually post as a pic .

Ok, I am really rather new to this posting images thing.. How do I set my Photobucket to only host them at 640x480? Sorry about the big pix... -Kyle
