i have a chance to get a 1250W Planet Audio amp for cheap and i've never heard about this name brand and apparently it's an American company (which would be why i've never heard of it) and i'm wandering how good of quality they are? and would it be worth getting this amp?

they're a low-midgrade namebrand, but their specs should be good enough for everything but the most gun-hoe SQ installs.Trees aren't kind to me...
currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),
94 Justy 4WD, 87 Fiero GT, plus 2 parts cars. That's my fleet.

PLanet audio amps are fair, they are just like festyboy mentioned, mid-low level, you get what you pay for in amplifiers!! However a PLanet audio amp is good, will put out fairly close to waht its rated for!! If its a good deal, I say get it!!Your never famous til your dead!Comment

jebus^^ that is a good deal! I have had a few of there mid~ high level amps and I wasn't very impressed by them! but that was just cause I over paid and didn't know what to expect. Now I am older, wiser and know better
