this is what i was trying to explain, it's how i got my cap wired

    1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
    1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Is it bad If I wire the ground of the amp to the ground pole of the cap, THEN to the neg of the battery, then to the ground?

Thats a lot of ground. According to the site the amp and cap should have their OWN grounds...and should go straight ground. I dont know if what you've done is bad..to me it just sounds like extra steps.

Damkid said they shouldn't be shared... Damn, means I'll have to re-wire it then. Probably going to do that once I've laid down the wooden "floor" I plan to put in the rear. I can bolt the battery strap to it.

I was hoping I could fit the extra battery besides the sub but the box is a smidge too big. I've mounted the isolator. Now I have to run some cable to it.

Are you using a full size battery?

Yeah. Both the front & rear are full size. I need something that will allow me to run accesories for a moderate period of time.
