so i got the battery relocated, and in that thread i mentioned my set up that i have in the back of the red rocket and i am sure that some of you are like... are you serious.. so here are the first pics that i am leaking out before it is complete...

now remember, it is still in progress... so it doesn't look the greatest now...

    comment away...

    Dry fitting screen

    the screen and PS2

    Getting a little closer

a better pic as of 8 pm on the 6th of Sept

don't know if you can really tell, but on the right side of the pic. i mounted a rear 12v plug on the strut housing, as well as mounted a 200W power inverter that runs the screen. As far as the battery relocate, it is under the ledge behind the TV and under the PS2.

future plans (like hopefully done before Oct)
    - two more Optima red tops
    - battery isolater
    - recess the TV as well as mount another on the actual hatch
    - mount two 6" speakers next to tv
    - mold 2 more 12"s beside the TV
    - custom red carpet to cover the whole set up
    - oh and of course stiffer springs as to make sure i don't kill my new 14" tires

So far so good!! can't wait to see it finished

      1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
      1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

^%^^^ if you look closely at my second pic you can see that my glove box is removed.. the reason behind that is that i had my PS2 molded into it with a 7" indash in the red rocket. well some one broke into the car in the old town that i lived in, stole the PS2 but left the indash. but because it was molded in the glove box, they actually stole my whole glove box. what a bunch of idiots

Great job, it's looking good so far.
I think you could still fit a speaker on each of the back corners.
You might have to make a custom shape though.
