im just wondering, how do i wire up new speakers in the door. (new custom mount)

Run wires to the doors and cut the door panels. There are speaker holes on the doors where shallow 5.25" speakers can be mounted.

^ as he said its fairly straight forward. Although you can use some spacers to place normal 5.25's in there.

Well, with spacers he can go bigger too. I have 6.75" speakers on my doors.

I have 6.5 Kickers in my doors without spacers. Yes the window handles do hit if you're not careful. Not bad enough to modify for me but....

same here mine has a mesh over it tho and the crank dosnt hit even with that

yeah that door panel is pretty clean.

also when wiring up the speakers through the door ect. how do u wire the new ones, like were do u connect them to.

That door panel is the original. So is the rest of the interior panels. I did paint them last year before FM3. Used vinyl paint from AZ. There's a thread on here showing some of the stuff I did. Thanks for the comments.
As for the speaker wiring:
If you look close, you can see the speaker wire coming out of the threshold and going up to the door panel.
Speaker wires are connected to:
1. Speaker terminals
2. The radio/head unit speaker out leads or if using an external amp, They would connect to the amp speaker out terminals.
