I installed an amplifier in the back of my car yesterday...
This was the easiest thing I ever did to the car.
It really puts the stock speakers to shame. They sound tinny and weak compared to what the amp puts out. The amplifier is an 88W Jenson amp that fit nicely on the moulding covering the left strut. Just the right size for a Festiva.
I built my own box for the speakers, since I'm too cheap to go and buy one. My friend had this brilliant idea to cut up an old pair of bluejeans and use them to cover the wood, instead of that carpet stuff... :lol:
