i just put 2 12" alpine type s subs in my boot. i was just wonderin wats better to have them facin out or facin towards the back of the seat?

Try this!
Ports toward the glass, will give you the best sound in a hatch back, if you don't have ports, then go facing the glass. That should give you the best sound, kinda makes the car into an extended enclosure.
