radio/cassette removal from a 99 Festiva

Sorry if this is a repeated post, I'm attempting to replace the cassette/radio from my 99Festiva with a cd player, but can't find a way to get it out.
I read somewhere else that suggested placing coat-hanger wires into all four of the holes on the face, but that hasn't worked for me.
Anyone got any advice?

A shop that sells stereo equipment should have the small tool that you need (they are cheap). We don't have that set up here in the US in our Festiva's though but other Ford products do.
