MegaSquirt System

Ive been reading up on this megasquirt system. Am i able to piggy back this onto my stock ECU or do i have to replace the whole control unit?

Im currently running a B3 with afew mods and i want some more flexability in tuning and control

I believe you repace the stock ECU....however, I think you can build a Megasquirt to handle just the fuel injection and not the ignition or you can build it to do both depending on which version you get,
