  • b6 running rich

hay guys, I posted this on skeeters post but thought I'd make my own, I'm having a problem with my newly re-built b6 runing super rich, to the point there's gas smell in the oil and I had to change it, I also observed a sooty residue on the plugs indicating a rich mixture, all the injectors are working ( I use a stethascope) and I have the b6 ecu and the timing is set so I don't know what else to look for, any ideas?

i'm hopin you got the B6 injectors as well, when i had a B6 in my car i still ran the B3 injectors and it burned twice the gas that it should

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

ya, I'm useing all b6 stuff, I think it was all due to the VAF wiringing falling off and givving me a code 8, so we'll see when I'm testing it again to see it works out now
