B6T rebuild

Hi im new to the site and im currently building a B6T from a 91 capri to swap into my 95 aspire and i didnt know if anyone has any suggestions on what type of gaskets, rings, bearings to use and where i could get them.

Get it from IPP (import performance parts) that's where I got mine, just make sure you mention it's for the turbo engine.
