  • Preparing for some Turbo B3 action

Preparing for some turbo B3 action. It will likely be the most serious and thought out setup yet. An actual tuning system, an actual fuel system and if it works out I will build a manifold for it as well after some testing with the stock manifold.

    Stay tuned

It will be a stock DSM throttle body. Picked up the turbo that I will start this project with. Some welding and machining and it is ready for mock up.

Looking good! How much boost do you think the B3 will stand? Keep us posted I am sure there's a lot of interest in this project.

I have no expectations. No one has produced anything worthwhile and concrete with the B3. If it goes smooth and has potential I have already sent off a rod and piston to be designed. I just have to oil the trigger on my end if this works out.

Still have a lot of practicing to do with thin walled aluminum tubing.

Hotpipe made. More to come with that setup. Exhaust vband welded and about ready for tubing. Exhaust back pressure heat sink made. Oil return fitting installed.

Catch can made and mounted. I spaced out getting fittings for it yesterday so it will have to wait until next week to be finished.
