    when i make the first make-shift exhaust on my BP car, all it had was a header into a piece of bent pipe with a cherry bomb on the end that came out directly behind the drivers side FRONT tire lol

    had to be careful when gettin out that you wouldnt burn yoursef hehe
    1992 Festiva... BP-T, Escort G5MR, no crossmember, aspire brakes, Megasquirt, Toyota COP's, coilovers and 6 puck SPEC clutch!

    T3/T4 Turbo Power! G5MR and BP since '04!

        Sorry I make a mistake in the price of my exhaust it cost me 75$

        BPT, G5M-R, BP26 Exintake swap + Fidanza cam gear, NSRT4 FMIC + 2.5" piping, HKS SSQV BOV, Exedy clutch, 3" downpipe + 2" all the way back, Aspire brake swap, KYB GR-2 & FMS coil spring , FMS EURO body kit + Carbon fiber hood, Falcon RTX 15X6½ + Toyo proxes T1R 195/45R15

            thats nuts r34king....

            was wondering... has anybody removed their catalatic converter and gone straight back with the exhaust?

            -"Hairlipstiva" 1991 GL 5spd (swapped from an auto), rolling on Enkei 14x6 +38 with 195/45/14 Toyo's, Jensen MP5720 CD deck, tach install, LED strip in cluster, down position rear wiper, FMS springs, Gabriel shocks on 4 corners, Acura Integra short shifter
            -Escort GT 91 donor car with BP, G5M-R tranny to be dropped in the little guy...

              i curved mine out to the pass side right before the wheel well and no muffler...sounded real nice....as long s you got a pipe that sticks out so it doesnt echo under the car-

                      mine has no cat. A huge-o cherry bomb, I mean this thing is monsterous, 2 1/2 from the manifold down.

                      As everything is on my car, it was spensive.

                          i just removed the muffler on my car today (stipid rusted bolts...) it sounds so much better

                            I've heard about people getting frozen brake drums from having a setup that dumps in front of their tire... I believe it had to do with the gases coming out of the exhaust, going back to the brakes and then freezing in cold temps...

                            Never seen it personally, just read about it before when someone on another forum was thinking about a setup like that.

                              not sure about the brake drums freezing up...personally never had it happen to me so i dont know for sure but ive never had any problems with my setup and it dumps right infront of the right rear tire
