B3 crank IS forged, rods are NOT, but you can see upwards of 8K with a good top end and balanced bottom.
HP based on cam and head flow... if you use the sport cam from FMS and beehive springs, port the runners and port match the intake and exhaust manifolds, you should see another 15 or so hp and a nicer torque band.
