G25 swap questions

Picking up a capri G25/axles/intermed shaft this weekend and was wondering what else we might need to finish the 5spd swap. Our Festy is an auto so I assume we'd need shifter linkage, pedals, etc. as well. We have a 5spd Aspire and I was wondering if the pedals and linkage would work from it. Any thoughts?

Also, I remember seeing a picture of the intermediate shaft somewhere but can't find it again so if anyone has one it would be greatly appreciated. Just want to make sure we get everything we need!

I don't think the Aspire pedels will work. Check this for parts.

Thanks for the link. Will the capri flywheel bolt to the 1.8 or do we need to find a 1.8 flywheel? Have a line on a Escort GT clutch too, hoping it'll work...

The JY didn't have the capri flywheel, anyone know if an Escort clutch/flywheel will work with the XR2 trans?

Not a bad day still, got the trans, axles, and intermediate shaft for $285, just need to find some pedals cheap (already $35 over budget )and figure out what we need linkage-wise

The Escort GT clutch and flywheel will work with the XR2 transmission.

In case anyone in the future is wondering, the Aspire clutch/brake pedal assembly bolts right in to the Festy I'd say we got our money's worth outta that $75 Aspire, especially considering we sold it for $250

For the flywheel - use any for a g25m-r but be sure to use the clutch for that specific flywheel. Escort flywheel use an escort clutch, capri flywheel use a capri clutch.
