  • 323 GT into Mazda 121 carb (Festiva)

I was wondering if I could use the fuel components from a 323 GT (2WD) and swap them into my Mazda 121/ Festiva for a Carb tto EFI conversion.

Aso would the Full 323 Drivetrain transfer over, I believe the tranny is stronger than the Festiva 4 spd.

    Thanks

Where do you live? What year 323 are you looking at? There is a sticky about swapping transmissions. What "fuel components" are you talking about? Try this topic to start with for the carb to EFI swap.

          Thanks bro.

          Its an 88 121 (festiva) with a B3 carb. My donor car is a 88 Mazda 323 GT/ GTX 2WD.

The 323 GT drivetrain will swap. I would highly recommend this swap. It will require new motor and tranny mounts but the transmission is much stronger. The motor will require you to grab the whole wiring harness form the donor car. Look in the turbo motor swap section and there is a sticky there about the B6T swap. Lots of good information.
