Short throw shifters for the Festiva

ok I installed the hurst shifter today. Wasn't that bad to install. Just had to cut the spring 4 different times. It shifts great and I loike the look of it now I just need to find a worthy shift knob to put on it cause the stock kinda kills it. I have pics of it installed.

yeah i cut it so there was a little more then the top ring so it overlapped a little and then it just ended up being the top ring. I know you told me one thing kinda made nervous because it didn't want to cut to much off.
