pics here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsqfLJ6YjEY the manifold is ugly but it works well. we drove all over town to find the right pipe tees but nobody had them. We had to order them but we were determined to get it done so we found some ugly npt Tees and welded her up.. the manifolds i plan on making to sell in the future will be nicer looking and better flowing. we are asking $900 for this entire kit... intake pipe, bov, injectors, manifold, probe intercooler all the plumbing. brand new garrett t25 with 120 miles on it, SS braided oil feed line and t, oil pan with drain bung, and all the clamps and hardware. we were going to ask 1000 but we didnt finish it needs a cone filter adapter and stubby filter and an exhaust flange with downpipe. if you are interested pm me and ill give you my number so we can talk..offers welcome.. we will also turn the boost back to 5 to 6 psi.

How much boost do you reckon the stock B3 will take before it pukes?

we have been running 9-10 psi with daily beatings, i would feel comfortable driving it daily on 7psi with very little clutch slippage. With the proper tuning and clutch upgrades 10-12 psi on premium pump gas is very possible.

Besides larger injectors, what did you do for fuel management?

The VAF should be level and it looks like you got it on its side so the door can fall open, which would throw off readings.

How much added power does it feel like?

                  1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
                  1988 323 GT - B6T Powered

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

this is the only complete kit were going to sell. We are just going to make/sell the manifolds. Im not sure how much more power its making on 5psi it felt faster than my bp festiva and on 10 psi i bet it had slighlty more than 100whp close to 110 at the wheels

we decided that making the entire kit will cost too much for most people. we didnt want to sell this one for so much but we have to just to make it worth what we have into it. as for the vaf on an angle it could be moved but it doesnt really effect how it runs. i will move it if somebody buys it. Definetly faster than a bp swap. plus most people want different turbos and can get better deals on other components. we are going to swap a b6sohc in now and use a t3 and a front mount. so we will probably sell another kit for a b6. but after that just manifolds..

iceracerdude has a nice B6 setup. It the older pre 1990 b6 so the intake and exhaust should be the same as the B3.

thats a nice looking setup no cooler but ice all around is a plus for sure. i have found that most stock fuel systems can handle 4 to 5 psi stock no tuning.. the manifold that he has looks nice and thats about the same material we were going to use but couldnt get. We are going to do some more testing on this b3 but will definetely be doing a b6. the link works for me no prob it might have been a youtube prob..
