This is true chris. However a stock b6 should still walk an essentially ported b3. The displacement will build the boost. Id rather just take the whole b6. If you do TOO much work to an engine you are better off buying the more superior engine (dohc's) in the first place. The only reason ill stay with the b3/b6 in the aspire is to keep somewhat emissions legal for visual inspection, and no need to rewire the car. I can put the regular manifold back on and plug oil lines much quicker than reswapping an engine. Id love to turbo the b8-me instead but that will be in a festiva for sure. Keeping stock trans in the aspire.
