What kind of blower motor? Is it from an HVAC unit? Is it from a leaf blower? What do you want it for? To vent your car so you don't have to roll the window down when you smoke? It just might work for that, though I've found that just not smoking works best!
If your thinking to use it as an electric supercharger, it will probably provide more of a restriction than a help. Find out how many CFM it'll flow, but I can almost guarantee its not enough. Sorta like those worthless electric superchargers you can pic up on e-bay.~Nate
