  • Some turbo questions

I've been starting to research more about what turbo would be best to upgrade my B6T with and i'm looking for some advice as to what turbo to start looking for

i plan on using the B6D head/intake, mainly because i like the look of them better then the B6T ones, i'll eventually get a standalone set-up (not sure which one yet) and i'd hope for 200-250hp

what would be the best turbo to accomplish this? would i be best to go with a hybrid turbo?

and info/ideas would be much appreciated since i'm still fairly new to turbos and i'm looking to some experts for advice

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

tbird/vj11 hybrid should get you close to to 250.

i knew the VJ11 was an upgrade turbo for the B6T but i didn't know if there was a better one to use or not

what would the next size up be without modifying too much of the manifold?

Theres also the vj11/14, full vj11, tbird/vj14, and a few others. But the tbird hybrid is the biggest bolt on with out machining that I know of.
