Cut your fuel return line (the one that does not connect to the filter). from the fuel rail goes in the side. To the tank goes to the bottom. And there should be a small fitting on top that needs to see a vacuum/boost source. For that I recommend put a small tee in the vacuum line that goes to your fuel pressure regultor and run a vacuum up to that. You want that to see the same thing that the fpr sees. And on the return line I just pulled mine off the fuel rail and hooked it to the bottom, then I mounted it and just ran another piece back from the side to the rail. If you need more just let me know.

I have connect it that way and what I noticed is that the fuel pressure does not increase 12:1. It was much lower, like 5psi boost = + 5psi fuel pressure. Then I connected thre fmu the other way round and at even 2psi boost, the fuel pressure gauge went up to 60psi but no more. I think that the pump does not flow more than 60psi.
