I was just wondering if anyone has ever put a bigger radiator in a Festiva? If so out of what car?

like euro said, you're best bet is a radiator out of an automatic festiva as it is dual core. it will have little oil cooling lines (for the automatic tranny) that you can just plug. thats plenty for cooling this B3 engine. (i assume you have a manual tranny car now)

not sure why its needed. i run a BP on a stock festy radiator in 90*+ weather all the time with no issues.
maybe some of the more dry southern states that see 110* temps i could justify it though.1992 Festiva... BP-T, Escort G5MR, no crossmember, aspire brakes, Megasquirt, Toyota COP's, coilovers and 6 puck SPEC clutch!
T3/T4 Turbo Power! G5MR and BP since '04!

The festiva radiator only barely can't keep up with endurance racing in 95-100 degree weather on a stock sohc b6. For street use it's probably plenty. The aspire radiator worked like a champ.
The lower brackets come off with a chisel or impact hammer. We had to move both towards the passenger side to get the outlet to clear the exhaust. It's a simply enough procedure, I think it took about 6 hours start to finish. I think we're using the stock upper hose and a cut down aspire lower. I can't remember.OX SMASH!!

^^ yep. It's basically the same thing I did with the sephia radiator, but it was to tall at the top...aspire radiator might be the best choice. Id rather have a full single core than a dual core half radiator myself.---------------------------------------------------

A friend of mine purchased a new Mishimoto aftermarket aluminum radiator for under $200for his '94 honda civic. It looked very similar in size to the Festiva radiator except it's alot thicker. I did not have a Festiva at the time to compare it too. I plan to do some measuring to see how close the fit is when I do my B6T swap.
