This is in .PDF format, so you'll need a .PDF reader. If you use FireFox, you can get the FoxIt Reader add-on to view it in a tab.
To Save (Windows w/ Firefox :: Others will be extremely similar):
File > Save Page As > Transmission_Rebuild.pdf > Save
Tip to the Not So Computer Savvy (or really anyone):
**Look where you're saving it and change the save location if you won't remember where it is!**
There are more applications of these transmissions than those referenced in this document. It is up to you to know what transmission you have, because I'm not going to list all of the applications as there are quite a few and I know that I'll miss 90% of them most likely.
