If you have a header why do you need a manifold?

I paid too much from mine, got it from jgstools.com I should have shopped around. It is good quality VERY thick and I put a whole lot of heat to it when i welded it and it didnt warp at all.

It will probably be cheaper to buy a cheap already made header than to make one, unless there is a reason a typical aftermarket header wont work for ya.

Ok...well i have a pacesetter header just the flange has been removed. That is why i need just the flange. How much did you pay for it?

            waterjet

Just take a gasket and the metal plate to a waterjet cutting place.

^ i have cut two of them now... one b3 and one b6t.... its easy, it took me like 20 min each... just get a gasket and lay it over and trace it out on the metal and cut out the ports and smooth them out, then drill your holes for your bolts and your done... and if you screw it up it no big deal, you only wasted a small piece of metal...

These are the flanges I made for minigun , just transfer all the bolt holes onto the raw stock. I drilled the holes for the exhaust ports with a hole saw and small drill press.

I just talked to a guy on clubprotege that bought the bp one from the site and said it worked for him and was like 40 bucks shipped.
So i think i will go this route.
