    Sorry, I never made it past the picture of the forged 5.4 crank...................

    I have a steel 5.4 crank out of a '97 F250. What's the difference between it and the Cobra R?

      cobra r has two extra bob weights towards the #3 main journal for more presice balance all else the same.
