b6 to b6t

how hard is it to take a festiva that has a b6 in it and then later on turbo it. I know you cant just slap on a turbo, you need to retard the timing but how hard would this be.

Timing add a BTM from MSD retards ignition based on psi.

Fuel I would use a FMU cheap and easy to set up.
