engine swap?

Hi there everyone, a sad thing has happened, the engine in my 1993 Festive threw a rod today... :cry: i was wondering what engine will fit into it, i want something more powerful than the stock 1.3L, something that will drop in with minimal modifications. i also at the same time as swapping the engine want to convert it to manual tranny. please let me know what engine will be easiest to do this with, preferably something with a cable clutch. thank you.

it turns out it didn't throw a rod all it did was break a rod cap (don't know how) but the good thing is, shes up and running again
