aspire trans backup switch

Hey guys I've looked in my manuals and read on here , but I can't seem to find the answer. I' am swapping in a aspire trans and a bp into my 89 festiva , my question is the front switch on the trans has four wires "two plugs" but my harness only has one plug two wires. My manual said that the backup switch in front, what is the other plug ? oh just so you guys know I have a harness out of a 91 or 92 . "the hole harness" thanks for any help

should be neutral safety switch

I had to splice my festy connectors on to the aspire switches

thanks But I don't see where to hook them up at ? The clutch peddle has a switch and its own wires. Could I bypass the switch? I do know what could happen if do that. I've had a vw

you can bypass the switch as long as you still use your clutch switch

you have to put a little jumper wire in the female connector on trans harness
