  • F-series throwout bearing......

I am having a heck of a time finding the right throwout bearing for my F-series. So far, ive tried a capri bearing, a capri xr2 bearing, and a 323 bearing and none of them work. What the heck else could it be?????

I know in Australia all the ford laser models had f series gearboxes. So any American version of the laser should do. I do believe the 88 mercury tracer follows the laser. Might want to try that?

The AU Laser and US Mazda MX-3 both used the B6-ME engine. Perhaps an early nineties MX-3 would fit.
          You gonna race that thing?

Anybody know whether the Protege is the same as any of the above? It's definitely F-series... but I would expect it to be the same piece as at least one of the above.
