    is there anything we can do to the stock 1.3L to make just a little bit better i have the tools just dont want to have the festy out of commision...any suggestions?

    I'm a noob, so I dunno much about the engine, other than air filter/oil change/coolant flush/general tune up if you haven't already done so.

    But... I've heard an Aspire brake swap will give you better performance. You'll have to upgrade to larger rims so you'll be getting for traction on the road aaand better stopping power. That's what I'm planning on doing eventually.

        i also plan on the aspire swap just looking for a donor aspire... SE WI doesnt have much for aspires in the JY. already did all the tune up and maintenance.. i was wondering how to put a cold air intake on it but it has all those stupid hoses...

            Yeah, there isn't much in my area for parts either, at least not where I'm looking!

                  I was gunna say air box mod lol run premium and turn the timing up a bit. Fms camshaft is easy hp gain. Re do the exhaust for better flow, will see a small gain in power on the top end.
