crank hp is very different than whp, especially when you are using two transmissions.

If I had the money mine would be invested in a snowmobile engine swap. My brother in law showed me a book that has built motors in it.....I saw one with like 350hp and over 300 torque. I think given the Harley swap it would be really easy to set a snowmobile motor in our cars.

For the price of a 'Busa motor, plus turboing it...not that impressive. Cool project though!! Sounds wicked too! I thought a 'Busa was close to 200hp stock? I have a '95 CBR1000F motor in the garage and it was rated 135hp way back then with carbs.......

It is when a stock turbo 3SGTE makes 230 with near matching torque.

It isn't great either, considering the simplicity(in comparison to the swap) of just turboing the stock motor is it? Seems like an interesting exercise of their skill, though.

it made 142whp and about the same torque at 4psi before it ran out of fuel. retuned with a walboro at 10psi they are expecting 200whp. that isnt bad in a 2400lb car.

the 1300cc gsxr motor weighs 175lbs, the 3sgte weighs 350.

and it uses both transmissions... giving it a possible 30 different gear combos! lol
